Dubai real estate transactions hit record AED 4.5 billion at start of the week
Over 1,300 deals recorded as strong sales and high-value mortgages drive Dubai property market activity

Dubai: Dubai’s real estate transactions totalled AED 4.5 billion on Monday, according to data from the Dubai Land Department, across 1,333 deals.
The department recorded 1,065 sales transactions worth AED 2.2 billion. These included 34 land sales, 1,000 residential unit sales and 31 building transactions.
Mortgage activity reached AED 1.7 billion through 167 transactions, comprising 51 mortgages for land, 90 for residential units and 26 for buildings.
The market also saw the registration of 101 gift transactions valued at AED 509 million.
According to the department’s data, Motor City recorded the mortgaging of a commercial plot of land valued at AED 586 million. Another plot in Dubai Investment Park 1 was mortgaged for AED 555 million.
