AA Property, the real estate arm of Ajman Holding, yesterday launched The Boulevard, a Dh1.5 billion mixed-use development, in Ajman.
The project comprises 14 towers, 12 residential and two commercial, a five-star hotel and a retail shopping mall. The two commercial towers consist of 29 floors plus two facilities floors, while the residential towers vary in height between 10 and 20 floors. "We have a clear vision for The Boulevard in line with our ambitions for Ajman, not only in offering the ideal freehold investment opportunity," said Dr Yahya Haddad, CEO, Ajman Holdings.
Located on Emirates Road, The Boulevard has a 170,000 square foot, three-level shopping mall, that will join the hotel to offer a central leisure and shopping zone with spa, roof gardens and a food court. The project also features fully-equipped health clubs and rooftop swimming pools and a five-level podium parking facility accommodating 3,300 vehicles.
"The project will be developed in phases and is expected to be completed in three years," Haddad said.
Total investment in Ajman realty has crossed the Dh400bn mark over the past two years, said Mohammed Ahmad bin Omair, an assistant director-general at the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department.
