Hydra-Trump to explore Abu Dhabi realty

Hydra Properties has held talks with Trump Organisation, a global property development firm, to explore real estate and business opportunities within Abu Dhabi.

Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim, Chief Executive Officer, Hydra Properties highlighted the company's complete project portfolio during the meeting with Donald Trump, Chairman of Trump Organisation, and discussed the enormous business in property development amid the booming real estate market in the capital, a company statement said.

Hydra Properties, which was established in 2006 in Abu Dhabi, has expanded rapidly in the UAE with several mega projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It has also expanded internationally into Mexico, where it has developed Hydra Waves, a luxury project.

The company has recently unveiled two new projects – Hydra Avenue Towers and Hydra 55 Towers on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

In addition, Hydra also announced that Donald Trump Jr and Ivanka Trump, Vice-Presidents of Real Estate Development and Acquisitions at Trump Organisation, are set to make a special cameo appearance in Hydra Executives, a new English reality-based series, which it is currently producing.

Hydra Executives will feature 16 contenders – eight from the US and eight from the UK.
