An Oman Air plane with 158 passengers and six crew members on board from Muscat, suffered a tyre burst while landing at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam on Saturday.
"We would like to confirm that flight WY707 from Muscat to Dar es Salaam suffered a tyre burst while landing at Dar Airport on July 16th," Oman Air announced on Twitter.
"All the passengers deplaned safely without any injuries. The airline has ordered a probe into the incident. The flight departed from Muscat International Airport at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday."
