Dubai Residency announces Eid Al Adha working hours and service timings
24/7 airport services and flexible centre hours ensure uninterrupted services during the holiday

Dubai: The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (Dubai Residency) has announced the official working hours for the Eid Al Adha holiday, which will begin on the morning of Monday, May 25, and continue until Friday, May 29, 2026.
Dubai Residency confirmed that the Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3 (Arrivals Hall) will continue to operate around the clock, seven days a week, to ensure smooth procedures and provide full support to travellers and customers throughout the Eid period.
The Al Manara and Al Twar centres will receive customers from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm. Meanwhile, the Al Awir Public Services Centre will continue to operate daily from 7 am to 8 pm, including Saturdays and Sundays, to facilitate transactions and meet customer needs efficiently and flexibly.
Dubai Residency also confirmed that its digital platforms are available 24/7 and serve as the primary channel for completing transactions and accessing services efficiently, helping to save time and enhance the overall customer experience.
The continued availability of services during the holiday reflects the Directorate’s commitment to providing a flexible, digital service environment that meets customer expectations.
