Dubai Land Department reports AED 6.2 billion in real estate transactions on Thursday

986 deals recorded, including 805 sales worth AED 2 billion and 27 gifts valued at AED 440 million

Dubai: Real estate transactions recorded by Dubai’s Land Department on Thursday totalled AED 6.2 billion, carried out through 986 deals.

The department recorded 805 sales transactions worth AED 2 billion, including 42 land sales, 728 residential unit sales, and 35 building sales.

Mortgages were recorded at a value of AED 3.7 million through 145 transactions, including 49 mortgages for land, 89 mortgages for residential units, and 16 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the registration of 27 gifts worth AED 440 million.

According to the department’s data, Al Yafra 1 witnessed the mortgaging of two commercial plots of land with a total value of AED 3 billion. Sustainable City also witnessed the mortgaging of two residential plots of land with a total value of AED 409 million.

The “COMO RELIEF RESIDENTS” project in Palm Jumeirah recorded the sale of an off-plan apartment for AED 56 million. A luxury residential apartment in the Jumeirah First area was also sold for AED 48 million within the “Jumeirah Asura Bay” project.

In Business Bay, an office unit was sold within the “Lumina Alta by Aminat” project for AED 29 million.
