Arab Orient Insurance Company, a member of the Al Futtaim group, announced the rebranding of its corporate identity to Orient.
"The fresh identity is aimed at keeping pace with modernisation trends and maintaining its market leading position," a statement from the company said.
Omer Elamin, Senior Managing Director, Orient, said the rebranding exercise represents a significant milestone in its 28-year history. He said becoming Orient represents so much more than a change in a brand. The new identity aims to characterise the company's dynamic path and reflects its market leading position.
"This new look represents a burst of forward momentum from our team of experts as we look to leverage Orient's core competencies and provide a greater range of products and services to our customers. We look forward to working with our existing and new customers under the new brand and further develop our scale within the marketplace," added Elamin.

Its core strengths lie in its strong financial base, workforce, in-depth knowledge of the local insurance market and a diversified product range and a strong portfolio of clients.
