Waiter gets three years for touching up Filipina

An Indian waiter who was accused of molesting a Filipina in a shopping mall and consuming alcohol received three years and one month in jail for the two charges.

The victim PR, 31, an engineer, testified before the prosecution that while she was walking out of women’s toilet in Al Ghurair shopping mall, the accused walked next to her and touched her bottom.

When her husband confronted the accused, he tried running away. But he was caught and the police informed.

HKM, 29, confessed before the police and the Prosecution. He also confessed to consuming alcohol before going to Al Ghurair shopping mall.
