Dubai: Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), affirmed that the Law establishing the ‘Dubai Orchestra Foundation’ reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and his belief in the power of culture and the arts to enrich lives and shape the future.

Her Highness Sheikha Latifa highlighted the Foundation’s role in strengthening Dubai’s position as a global centre for culture and the arts, drawing on the richness of Emirati musical heritage while fostering creativity, cultural dialogue and exchange with the world.
