Rasmala names Al Shihabi board head

Rasmala Investments' board of directors has appointed Ali Al Shihabi Executive Chairman of the board. Al Shihabi, the founder of the investment banking firm, has held the post of Chief Executive Officer since the inception of the company.

The board has appointed Tamer Bazzari CEO and David Woods COO.

Bazzari previously held the post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Woods joins Rasmala after working as COO of ABN-AMRO (Middle East).
