Damac finishes enabling work at Lincoln Park

Damac Properties has announced that enabling works have been completed in its Lincoln Park site at Arjan, Dubailand.

The contracting firm IFG has completed the Dh6.7million work on site and has cleared the area and prepared the foundation works ready for the commencement of work by the main contractor.

Clearing the site and preparing ground for construction to begin has taken less than four months. The contract is yet to be awarded but tenders are currently being assessed by the company.

Lincoln Park is the first of the developer's projects to get underway at Dubailand. Peter Riddoch CEO of Damac Properties, said: We have a number of projects planned in that locality. With enabling works now complete, we will be ready to commence construction as soon as we have assessed tenders.
