Nakheel case adjourned to April 14

Director of The World project Hamza Abdullatif failed to appear in court for the third time yesterday. His testimony is related to Nakheel's new corruption case. The court adjourned the case until April 14. The court asked the Public Prosecution to enquire whether Abdullatif was in the UAE. In a previous session, an expert from the Financial Audit Department of Dubai Ruler's office told the court about alleged financial violations by sales consultant SR, the first defendant in the case. SR allegedly received Dh21.9 million from customers for selling some World islands in an illegal manner.
