Madonna has replaced Jesus. Word is the pop star has given up on the 24-year-old model for a dancer thought to be of Middle Eastern origin, Brahim Rachiki. The pair were spotted getting cosy in New York last week, hitting up the SL nightclub and the Sullivan Room in Greenwich Village – where they held hands and weren’t shy about kissing, according to the New York Post. “After working the dance floor, they found more private seating where they hugged and kissed for the rest of the night,” the paper quoted a clubber as saying. The Material Girl, 52, reportedly became close to the 33-year-old choreographer on her $284 million (Dh1.5 billion) Sticky & Sweet tour. Rachiki is a choreographer based in the Greater Los Angeles area and has worked with both Janet and Michael Jackson, even earning Assistant Choreographer billing on the ill-fated King of Pop’s final This Is It tour. He is particularly skilled at parkour, voguing and the acrobatic hip-hop dance style known as b-boy. Previous associations include Gnarls Barkley and modelling work for Samsung and Levi’s. As an actor, he has appeared in a short movie series with Laurent Brandenbourger. Madonna and Jesus reportedly called it quits earlier this year. She has since been linked with another dancer, 30-year-old Ukrainian Maksim Chmerkovskiy. But is this true love or is the Queen of Pop simply indulging in a bit of dirty dancing? Watch this space!
