The new ‘Love Where You Live’ programme that was launched Thursday by home maintenance service company, MPlus+, targets residents living in communities to sign up as a VIP member of their neighbourhood and sample the discounts, exclusive deals and services for that privilege.

The first roll out for the campaign has been the Dubai Marina community, which ultimately with not only bring the community closer together by highlighting local events and businesses including cafes, restaurants and retail shops to residents of the vibrant community, but will also boost local sales and increase retail revenues for small entrepreneurs in the neighbourhood.

With the launch of the Dubai Marina programme, residents there now an added reason to engage with their community with offers, discounts and local information are provided to residents of Dubai Marina completely free of charge with merely presenting their Privilege Card at participating outlets and businesses.

This complimentary card is available to residents that are registered online on Dubaimarina.mplus.ae.

Some of the numerous dinning, leisure, lifestyle, shopping and fitness outlet discounts within the neighbourhood include Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence, JA resorts and hotels, The Grand Grill Steakhouse, Al Maha – A Luxury Collection Desert Resort and Spa, Costa Coffee, Angsana Spa and Health Club, 48 Degrees Fitness and many others.

MPlus+ will also be releasing mobile applications free of charge to the public for easy access and redemption through their smart phone.

In addition, the applications will allow customers to make one click home maintenance requests, receive notifications on maintenance job status and make payments for annual home maintenance packages.

With the success of Dubai Marina’s programme, other neighbourhoods will also be targeted in the near future, including Arabian Ranches and Dubai Silicon Oasis.
