Gargash: No unilateral Iranian arrangements can be trusted after its brutal aggression against its neighbours

His Excellency Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to His Highness the President of the UAE, stressed that the ongoing discussions on the security of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz clearly highlight the crucial role of collective international will and the provisions of international law, as the main guarantor of freedom of navigation in this vital maritime corridor.
"In the ongoing debate over the Strait of Hormuz, the collective international will and provisions of international law stand out as a major guarantor of freedom of navigation in this vital corridor, in order to serve the stability of the region and the global economy in the post-war period," said His Excellency in a post on his account on the X platform.
"Of course, no unilateral Iranian arrangements can be trusted or relied upon after its brutal aggression against all its neighbours," added Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash.
