Hamdan bin Mohammed receives condolences for Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid, with Maktoum and Ahmed bin Mohammed beside him
Condolences were offered by a number of sheikhs, senior officials and dignitaries of the country, leaders and officers of Dubai Police, and crowds of citizens and residents
Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, received condolences at the Zaabeel Majlis in Dubai on Tuesday, upon the passing of the Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who died on Monday morning.
Also receiving condolences alongside His Highness were His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance; His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council; and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group.
Their Highnesses received condolences from a number of sheikhs, senior officials and dignitaries of the country, leaders and officers of Dubai Police, and crowds of citizens and residents from Arab and foreign communities, in addition to representatives of a number of countries, who expressed their sincere condolences and sympathy for the deceased, asking God Almighty to have mercy on him and forgive him, to place him in His spacious Paradise, and to inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace.
