Indian passport, visa services in UAE now via Al Hind Tours & Travels

Indian Passport, Visa and Attestation services in the UAE have been outsourced to Al Hind Tours & Travels from Wednesday 22 July 2026 onwards, the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi has informed. The services will be delivered through 16 Indian consular application centres, the embassy said.

The services will no longer be available at the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi or at the Consular General of India, Dubai.

According to the embassy's statement, all applicants can book appointments in advance on the consularsevainuae.com website. The appointments will be released at 9am and 9pm daily.

The service timing at all the Indian Consular Application Centers is from 8 AM to 6 PM. Applicants are advised to fill in the correct details for taking an appointment and choose the category appropriately. Entry to ICACs will be allowed only 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.

In addition to the Government of India Fees for the services, which have been revised since July 1, 2026, the service charge levied by the OSP (Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC) is AED 19. This service charge is inclusive of VAT. The service charge includes all the ancillary services related to Passport, Visa and Attestation services such as form filling, photograph, typing of documents, domestic courier, printout and photocopy. Applications for Tatkal Passport, New-born cases, Emergency Certificate (EC) and Senior Citizen (60 Years and above) will also be available on a walk-in basis at all ICACs on a first-come. first-served basis.
