Renault-Nissan to take control of Russia's Avtovaz

Renault-Nissan on Wednesday signed an agreement with Russian state conglomerate Russian Technologies to create a joint venture which will allow the auto alliance to gain control of Russia’s top carmaker Avtovaz.
