Azizi Developments delivers 45,000 homes, advances 150,000-unit pipeline across UAE
CEO Farhad Azizi highlights progress on Riviera project and Azizi Tower, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower
Dubai: Farhad Azizi, Chief Executive Officer of Azizi Group, said Azizi Developments has delivered more than 45,000 residential units across the UAE over the past two decades and is currently working on the development of 150,000 additional units.
Speaking in an interview with the Dubai Government Media Office, Azizi highlighted the company's growth and expanding project portfolio across the country.
He said the developer is currently involved in a range of projects throughout the UAE and internationally, while continuing to expand its presence in Dubai's real estate sector.
Among the company's flagship developments is Riviera in Meydan, where 76 buildings have already been completed. The waterfront community is one of Azizi Developments' largest residential projects and forms a key part of its portfolio in Dubai.
Azizi also highlighted progress on Azizi Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, which is set to become the world's second-tallest tower upon completion.
The remarks come as Dubai's property sector continues to attract significant investment and record strong development activity, with major developers expanding residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across the emirate.
