Meraas awards nearly Dh1 billion contract for Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 7
GCC Contracting to build 272 villas and townhouses in the latest phase of the residential community, with completion targeted for 2028
Dubai: Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract worth nearly Dh1 billion to GCC Contracting for the construction of 272 villas and townhouses in Phase 7 of Nad Al Sheba Gardens.
The contract covers the construction of 130 villas ranging from four to seven bedrooms and 142 three-bedroom townhouses, in addition to pool houses, utility services and related infrastructure works.
Construction has already commenced, with the project scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028.
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the expansion reflects growing confidence in Dubai's property market and reinforces the emirate's position as a leading global destination to live, work and invest.
