Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said that Dubai's real estate market continues to show high levels of resilience and maturity despite regional challenges, supported by the confidence of global investors, a sophisticated regulatory structure, and Dubai's long-term vision to enhance its attractiveness as a global destination to live and invest.

In an interview with Al Bayan, Sajan said: "The launch of Greenz by Danube comes in response to a clear shift in buyers' preferences towards integrated and well-connected residential developments, which offer an integrated lifestyle and long-term value, noting that the project marks the company's first large-scale entry into the luxury villa and townhouse sector in Dubai.

What are the most prominent features of the Greens by Danube project that you recently announced?

Dubai's real estate market has shown remarkable resilience and maturity, even amid regional challenges, and the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, coupled with initiatives such as long-term visas and attractive regulations for investors, has significantly boosted the world's confidence in the emirate.

As a result, we are witnessing continued demand from international and resident investors alike, and despite external uncertainty, the market today is well-regulated and highly transparent, providing buyers with more security and enhancing long-term value.
