Baniyas Investment and Development Company (BID), the investment arm of the Bani Yas Sports Club, yesterday offered investors of phase two of Bawabat Al Sharq project an easy payment plan with no administration fees for three years after completion.

As part of the promotion, which runs from March 8 until 30, buyers will have the chance to choose from three different villa options, with the advantage of paying one instalment every three months until delivery and handover and no administration fees for the first three years after completion of the project.

The villas on offer are part of phase two of Bawabat Al Sharq – the Dh3 billion mixed-use development under construction in Abu Dhabi's Bani Yas City.

Wael El Ashry, Commercial Vice-President of Baniyas Investment, said: "With this '3 Promotion', we are offering our customers a wide variety of villas with unmatched flexibility in payments. This promotion has been tailor-made to address current market needs in terms of product offering and payment plan, resulting in higher customer appeal."

The entire phase two of Bawabat Al Sharq, including new apartments and villas, is scheduled for handover in the third quarter of 2011.

In addition, Baniyas Investment and Development Company recently announced 60 per cent completion of Bawabat Al Sharq's phase one, which is due to be fully completed in December 2010. Phase one comprises 164 apartments and 56 luxury villas. Construction on phase two of the project is scheduled to commence soon.

Phase one's main contractor is Target Engineering Construction Company, a single-source engineering, procurement and construction contractor owned by Arabtec Holdings.

Cansult Maunsell/Aecom is the landscaping design contractor while the overall architects are World Planner Consultant Engineers. Renowned Australian design company, Saunders Global, is responsible for the shopping mall's interiors.
