Video: Saudi storm-chaser hit by lightning

A Saudi man preparing to film bad weather in the Gulf Kingdom was hit by lightning which was caught by a friend using his mobile phone camera.

A brief YouTube film showed the man was about to start filming during a thunderstorm when he was hit by the bolt.

Saudi newspapers which published the film did not mention what happened to the man nor did they say where in Saudi Arabia the film was shot.
