The 10th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting '&' Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2012) is expected to woo a number of participating exhibitors at the pavilions of fishing and marine activities.

To be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from the 5th to the 8th of September, 2012, and organised by the Emirates Falconers' Club in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Tourism '&' Culture Authority, both the participants and the organising committee seek to meet the expectations of a large group of amateurs and well-known experts alike in the fields of fishing, diving, marine activities and cruises.

Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Director of ADIHEX, announced that the state-of-the-art and best products associated with falconry, equestrian sports, Safari, marine and outdoor sports, hunting weapons and their components and ammunition as well as fishing equipment will be showcased during this new edition. He added that exhibitors of antiques, traditional and contemporary arts will also be participating.

He indicated that the forthcoming edition will witness the participation of a high number of famous companies in the marine sector, such as Al Shaali Marine, EZ Trailer Factory, Gulf Marine Sports, Trench Oilfield Metallic, Delma Marine, and Rineh Emirates.

The participants will be showcasing a variety of equipment used in the marine sector activities. Although all the participating companies are specialised, the exhibition encourages amateurs to attend as organisers hope the event will yield a better understanding, for everyone, about the various types of available gear in this sector.

"There are multiple reasons that will push workers in the fishing and maritime activities sector to take interest in ADIHEX, as a lot of adherents do focus on this sector and actively encourage its expansion. ADIHEX is the only exhibition specialized in fishing and marine activities in Abu Dhabi," Al Qubaisi said.

ADIHEX 2012 is organised by the Emirates Falconers' Club under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region and the Club's Chairman. The Exhibition enjoys the support of the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, in cooperation with the Festival of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan for Purebred Arabian Horses, the fourth edition of the World Arabian Horse Racing (France 2013), Wathba Stud Farm, Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and Abu Dhabi Investment Company. The leading company "Tawazun" sponsors the section dedicated for hunting weaponry.
