Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) has been seeking to sell 200,000-300,000 barrels of Uweinate condensate for loading at the end of September in a rare spot offering, an industry source said on Tuesday. The move came due to a planned maintenance of Abu Dhabi's condensate splitter facilities, the source said. Adnoc, the main producer for Opec-member the United Arab Emirates, operates two condensate splitters with a total capacity of 280,000 barrels per day (bpd) at the Ruwais refinery. It was not immediately clear whether Adnoc also offered Thamama condensate in the spot market.
