For the New Delhi-Dubai sector, the airline said it will deploy its new generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft, offering twin class configuration of 16 Premiere and 138 Economy seating.

The morning flight will depart Delhi at 11:15 hours and arrive in Dubai at 1330 hours (local time). On the return leg, flight 9W 545 will depart Dubai at 1425 hours (local time) and arrive in Delhi at 1855 hours (local time).

The airline said the new flight will also cater to the needs of those trying to connect to destinations in South East Asia.

Jet Airways presently operates four flights daily from Mumbai and a daily service from Delhi to Dubai.

“We are happy to introduce a second service on the popular Delhi-Dubai route, which has seen a steady growth in traffic, be it tourists or business travellers. This daytime flight would provide easy connectivity for guests, especially from north India,” said Sudheer Raghavan, Chief Commercial Officer, Jet Airways.

Jet Airways also flies daily to Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Doha, Kuwait, Muscat and Sharjah, apart from three destinations in Saudi Arabia.
