Eid in Dubai: New park timings for free shows

Public parks in Dubai have been prepared to entertain visitors during the Eid Al Adha holidays with an array of art performances and entertainment activities.

Mohamed Abdul Rahman Al Awadi, Director of Public Parks and Horticulture Department at Dubai Municipality revealed that programmes will be conducted over the first three days of Eid in three main parks in Dubai, Al Mushrif Park, Creek Park and Zabeel Park, and they will remain open till 11pm.

“We have included different types of art performances by different nationalities including, but not limited to, Bubble Show, Jungle Show, Dandana, etc,” he said.

"The move is aimed at providing maximum entertainment and happiness for residents and visitors to Dubai during the Eid days. Most of the programmes are targeting families and children, considering the increased number of families visiting parks in special occasions," Al Awadi said.
