Two men accused of forging a flying permit, used by a pilot who was spotted flying low over the residence of Dubai Police chief, have denied the charges.

The men identified as 48-year-old British professor  JS and 43-year-old Hungarian salesman LT, pleaded not guilty before the Dubai Court of First Instance and denied issuing a forged permit of Emirates Aviation Association (EAA) used by the pilot JC who flew his light aircraft over the Jumeirah residence of Lieutenant-General Dahi Khalfan Tamim.

The Dubai Misdemeanours Court had earlier fined the pilot Dh3,000 for flying without a permit.
