Man jailed for stealing Dh300,000

A court in the eastern port of Khorfakkan sentenced a man to four years in prison after he was convicted of stealing nearly Dh300,000 from an auto parts shop.

Police had arrested the unnamed man following a report by the shop that a thief had sneaked into the place at night and stole the money from the safe.
