A Saudi employer tied two of his Pakistani workers and locked them up at his house for five days before one of them managed toescape and tell the police, a newspaper reported on Monday.
The unnamed employer from the southern province of Hail had demanded a large sum of money from the two in return for a letter allowing them to move to another job but they refused, Sabq said.
“He then called his relatives who helped him in tying the worker up and locking them in his house,” the paper said.
“They remained locked up for five days before one of them escaped and hurried to the police.”
