Saudi health inspectors seized more than 3,000 frozen chickens which are not fit for human consumption after their date expiry, newspapers reported on Tuesday. Inspectors also arrested several Asian men involved in the sale of the chicken near a mosque in the capital Riyadh, they said. Most of the chickens were in a bad condition in a warehouse while the sellers did not have health certificates or permission to deal in chicken.
