Emaar launches Warsan Estate for 500 families

Emaar Properties yesterday launched Warsan Estate, a residential community located on Al Awir Road. The masterplan of the project, currently being finalised, envisages over 500 single family townhomes.

To be spread over 3.4 million square feet, Warsan Estate is the newest project of Emaar that highlights the company's focus on developing its extensive land bank in Dubai and adding value to customers by offering an elegant neighbourhood perfect for families.
