    Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is currently implementing the Dubai Metro Blue Line project and plans to launch the tender for the Gold Line project by the end of this year, according to Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the RTA.
