Memon Investments has said the construction work on the Dh80 million Cambridge Business Centre is progressing well with construction of three of the 10 floors completed.

The project is expected to be handed over to investors by the fourth quarter of 2009. Cairo Contracting is the main contractor for the project.

"There is good progress in the construction of our inaugural commercial tower," said Rizwan Shaikhani, Joint Managing Director, Memon Investments. "I believe it is our strategy – partnerships with leading construction organisations – that is driving our success," he said.
