Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid receives condolences on the death of Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at Zaabeel Majlis, from the delegations from Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE officials
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, continued on Wednesday, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, to receive condolences on the death of the late Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God have mercy on him, at the Zaabeel Majlis for the second consecutive day.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received the condolences of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, conveyed by a high-level delegation headed by His Majesty's envoy, His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Commander of the Royal Guard in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The delegation included His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court; His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of the Royal Bahraini Equestrian and Endurance Federation; and His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for the Environment.
The delegation also included His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa and a number of senior officials from the Kingdom of Bahrain. The delegation expressed its sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to His Majesty on this great loss, praying to God Almighty to have mercy on the deceased, grant him His pleasure, admit him to His spacious Paradise, and inspire the honorable Al Maktoum family with patience and solace.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also received condolences from His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, conveyed by a high-level delegation headed by His Highness Sayyid Harib bin Thuwaini bin Shihab Al Said, Advisor at the Royal Court of Oman. The delegation included Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Harrasi, Minister of Information, and Dr. Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman, who conveyed His Majesty’s sincere condolences to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the honorable Al Maktoum family, praying to God Almighty to have mercy on the deceased, grant him the highest ranks in Paradise, and inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace.
His Highness received the condolences of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, conveyed by His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, Personal Representative of His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar, at the head of a high-level delegation that included His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Thani and Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa Al Thani. The delegation prayed to God Almighty to have mercy on the deceased, grant him Paradise, and inspire the entire Al Maktoum family with patience and solace.
His Highness also received the condolences of His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the sisterly State of Kuwait, conveyed by a high-level delegation headed by Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs in the State of Kuwait. The delegation also included Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Head of the Diwan of His Highness the Crown Prince of Kuwait.
Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Minister of Defense of the State of Kuwait, prayed to God Almighty to have mercy on the deceased, grant him a place in Paradise, and inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace.
In addition, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received condolences on the death of the late Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God have mercy on him.
Condolences were offered by a group of sheikhs, ministers, senior officials, directors-general, dignitaries of the country, and citizens, who expressed their sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to His Highness, praying to God Almighty to grant the deceased a place in Paradise and bestow the entire Al Maktoum family with patience and solace during this great loss.
Condolences were received alongside His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group; His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE National Olympic Committee; His Highness Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
